Clean Noida organized 2 plogging events with the moto to raise awareness about how the citizens can clear the littered waste from different public spaces (parks/markets/footpaths) while their regular jogging/walking exercise. A total of 123 ploggers, participated and collected 440 KGs of littered waste, from sector 18 and sector 50 market. Volunteers were also informed about how HCL Foundation is working on ground to install dustbins and door-to-door collection in different areas. All volunteers took the pledge to devote their time for cleanliness and making their surrounding clean and to educate more people about solid waste management and requesting them to join them in making their city clean. Along with this, Clean Noida volunteers felicitated sanitation workers of Noida Authority and AG Enviro, with a red-rose, waste warrior badge and t-shirts and appreciated their great work done in keeping the city regularly clean.
